What stays on your device

Your tasks, steps, time boxes and settings are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded, not backed up by us and not readable by us. Deleting the app deletes them; Export gives you a copy first if you want one.

Your language and workday hours are stored the same way and never leave the device.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are handled by RevenueCat, which works with Apple and Google to confirm what you have bought. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier for your installation and the purchase history attached to it. It does not receive your tasks or your plan.

Payment itself happens in the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details.

Advertising

The free version shows one banner in one place: the Report tab. There is no advertising on the Today screen, in the focus timer, in the task wizard, in the calendar, in insights, in settings or on the subscription screen.

Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may use your device advertising identifier to choose them. On iOS the system asks your permission first, and declining is a complete answer: the app works the same either way. Subscribing removes all advertising.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled on your device and never pass through a server. They are off until you turn them on, respect the quiet hours you set, and can be switched off in the app or in your system settings at any time.

What we do not do

There is no analytics tool in this app. We do not track which tasks you add, how many boxes you complete, or when you work. There are no accounts, so there is nothing to sign in to and nothing to leak.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Subscriptions

ADHDFlow offers a monthly and an annual subscription. The price shown on the subscription screen is the price you pay, in your own currency, and it is the price the store charges. If a free trial is offered on the annual plan, the store's purchase screen states its length before you confirm; you can cancel during the trial and pay nothing.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep everything until that period runs out. The subscription screen has a Manage button that takes you straight there.

What a subscription changes

It removes advertising, opens every breakdown template, lifts the daily box limit, extends insights to four weeks, and lets the weekly report be shared and exported. Nothing you have already planned is ever behind it: your tasks and history stay yours whether you subscribe or not, and they stay if you cancel.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, not by us. We cannot issue them directly, but we will not stand in the way of one.

What this app is not

ADHDFlow is a planning tool for your workday. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose ADHD, and it is not a substitute for a clinician's advice or treatment. Decisions about medication or care belong with a qualified professional.

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and it is not designed for situations where a missed reminder could cause harm.
